Cancellation policy

  1. Subscription Enrollment & Auto-Renewal. We offer a recurring subscription option (“Subscribe & Save”) on certain products. By enrolling in Subscribe & Save, you authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the then-current subscription rate on a Monthly basis (or as otherwise specified during checkout) until you cancel.

  2. Billing & Payment. You agree that we may process your payment method without further authorization for each subsequent billing cycle. It is your responsibility to keep your billing and contact information accurate, complete, and up to date. If your payment fails or is declined, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription.

  3. Price & Terms Changes. We may modify the subscription price, shipping costs, or these Terms at any time. You will receive notice of any price changes at least 5 days before your next billing date. If you do not agree with the updated pricing, you must cancel before the new rate takes effect.

  4. Cancellation & Renewal. You can cancel your subscription at any time by subscription portal. Cancellations must be completed at least 5 days before your scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Unless canceled, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each cycle. If you cancel after you have already been billed for the current cycle, you will not receive a refund for that cycle; however, your subscription will not renew afterward.

  5. Refunds & Returns. Because our products are consumable wellness items, all sales are final once shipped. Please review our Refund Policy for further details. In cases where the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can address the issue in accordance with our Refund Policy.

  6. Modifications & Termination. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Subscribe & Save program at any time, including altering the frequency of shipments, adjusting pricing or discounts, or amending these Terms. We may terminate or refuse subscriptions at our sole discretion if we suspect any violation of these Terms or other unlawful activity.

  7. Assumption of Risk & Disclaimer. By enrolling in Subscribe & Save for any wellness, nutritional, or health-related products, you acknowledge that individual results may vary and that you assume all risk associated with product use. Refer to our Physical Product Disclaimer for more details.

By signing up for the Subscribe & Save program, you agree to the above terms and authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.
