This stuff is great! Started taking it the second I got it. My family had come down with that awful cold that is going around and I keep taking this stuff to try and help my immune system. I used to take a cup of tea and sweeten it with lots of honey. What I really wanted was something on the sweet side and warm to drink. This does the trick ! However, it has the added benefit of vitamins and other good for you ingredients. Not to mention 10 Calories!! I love it so much warm , I have yet to drink it cold. I have no doubt it will be my warm weather favorite as well.
Love the elderberry. I actually drink it daily warm. At first I thought it was too sweet because initially I put in 2 scoops. Now drinking it every day I stick to 1 scoop and sometimes I drink it twice a day. Game changer to keep me from getting sick
I’m really enjoying this so far! You only need the one scoop, I’ve mixed it with some blackberry lime seltzer over ice and it is seriously delicious and I’ve enjoyed warm like a tea. I actually used it to help kick a threatening cold and I won! I will def buy again!
